Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Europe & UK: 7–12 business days

  • Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days

  • Asia & Other Regions: 10–20 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs delays, carrier service, or unforeseen factors.

International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries around the world.

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • xtremeCharging is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Damaged Packages
